Work
Work where the decision mattered more than the build.
A small number of projects, explained from the question they started with. Not what got built, but why that was the right answer — and what did not get built.

E-commerce · Audio
Hans Audio: not a new store, but a checkout that works.
The request was a new webshop. The problem sat in two steps of the ordering process and in product findability. What got built was a fraction of the original plan.
Hospitality · Amsterdam
CoffeeshopAmsterdam Café: being visible at the moment it counts.
A business in a market with heavy local competition and limited advertising options. The gain sat in local visibility and a site that makes sense on a phone at first glance.
Retail · North Holland
A migration that did not happen.
A retailer holding a five-figure quote for a platform migration. Research put the problem in hosting and product data instead. The migration was cancelled.
What these projects have in common.
The most expensive projects are the ones where nobody checked the question first.
Under NDA and on request.
Part of the work is not public: second opinions on other parties’ proposals, internal decisions about platforms and suppliers, and engagements where the advice was not to invest. That work is hard to write up as a case, yet it is often the work with the largest financial effect.
If you would like to speak with a client in a comparable situation, I will arrange it. That says more than a logo on a page.
