Digital Advisor
Ongoing digital advice, on call.
For businesses without a digital role in house: a standing point of contact who already knows your setup, so you are not re-explaining how things work every time a decision lands.

The problem this solves
Digital decisions do not arrive on a schedule. There is a quote from an agency, a supplier saying something must be replaced, a tool raising its price, someone on the team wanting to start with AI. Each of those moments needs a judgement, and most businesses have nobody to put it to except the party selling it.
Digital Advisor exists for exactly those moments. Not a project with a start and an end, but standing availability through the year — with someone who already knows your website, your market and your suppliers.
How it works
It starts with a short inventory: what you have, who does what, what is planned this year. After that it is simple: you email or call when a decision lands. Forward proposals and quotes and you get back what they are worth, what is missing, and which questions to put back.
Each quarter we spend an hour on the state of things: what returned, what did not, and the three things that matter most in the months ahead. That keeps the advice attached to reality rather than to a plan written in January.
What it is not
This is not an agency contract with hours to use up, not monthly SEO delivery, and not a support subscription. There is no twelve-month minimum. If there is nothing to decide in a given month, that is a good month.
- No mandatory hours, no pressure to spend them.
- No commission on suppliers I recommend.
- No contract that outlives its usefulness.
What is included.
Two levels.
Advisor
For smaller businesses with a few decisions each quarter. Advice on call and a quarterly review.
- Advice by email and phone
- Quote assessment
- One-hour quarterly review
Advisor Plus
For businesses with live projects and several suppliers, where a judgement is needed more often.
- Everything in Advisor
- Monthly review call
- Attendance at supplier meetings
- Review of work as it is delivered
Both levels are cancellable monthly. Rates are discussed in the first conversation, once it is clear what your setup asks for.
Frequently asked.
Does this replace our agency?
No. It makes your agency easier to judge. Often the relationship improves, because the brief gets sharper.
What if we need nothing for a month?
Then you do not use it. There are no hours to burn through.
Is delivery included?
No, this is advice. If something needs building we agree that separately — by me or by someone else.
Who is this too big or too small for?
Too big if you have one one-off decision; take a consult instead. Too small if you need a full digital department.
Who judges your digital decisions?
If the answer is “the party selling them”, this is the conversation.
